Directives for Parents/Guardians

  • 1. Attend PTA meetings and important school events without fail.
  • 2. Create a home study plan for your child's learning at home.
  • 3. Cooperate with the school to understand your child's progress, talents, and influences.
  • 4. Avoid visiting teachers' homes or offering gifts, except when a student leaves.
  • 5. Supervise your child's movements and behavior outside school hours.

Admission Policies:

  • 1. Admission depends on seat availability; apply during specified days.
  • 2. Candidates must undergo an entrance test for merit-based admission.
  • 3. Age criteria: Lower Nursery - 3 years; Standard I - 5 years and 10 months.
  • 4. Complete the admission process by paying prescribed fees.
  • 5. Misbehavior, cruelty, irregular attendance, etc., can lead to dismissal without negotiations.

Student Responsibilities:

  • 1. Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
  • 2. Complete all assigned academic work and bring necessary materials to class.
  • 3. Adhere to school rules, respect others' rights, and be accountable for actions.
  • 4. Use appropriate language and safeguard school property.
  • 5. Follow the school uniform and rules of modesty, safety, and cleanliness.
  • 6. Attend all assessments; no re-exams will be allowed.

Leave of Absence:

  • 1. Maintain at least 75% attendance for Annual Examination eligibility.
  • 2. Obtain prior written permission for leave; absence without permission may lead to removal.
  • 3. Be present on the last working day before vacations and on the reopening day.
  • 4. Provide a reason for unauthorized absence upon returning.
  • 5. Returning after illness requires a doctor's certificate.
  • 6. The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action for irregular attendance or harmful conduct.
